I have loved the last year living in my apartment that was managed by marda. The place was spacious, affordable and clean when i moved in. Whenever i had a problem there the 24 hour maintenance team was able to get someone within 48 hours to resolve the issue with no cost to me. They were undersranding about a family issue that delayed rent and were always friendly whenever I corresponded with them.
