I had connection issues with the virtual call and ended up getting disconnected and Dr Marie Parent called me and we finished the appointment in the phone
Marie-Andee is great, she always has been. I will say between all the emails, texts, website, portal and so on…. Would be so much easier (less confusion) for all communication to be in ONE spot. Also, having one number to communicate with the office (where my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is located) is not always the best answer. Seems like that could be avoided with dealing with ANOTHER person who is like a middle person.
The receptionist was friendly, efficient and very helpful.
I was talking to a therapist about my grieving and how it's been affecting my mental health and memory I chose to do the video sessions because of how far the office was from my location I found it hard to remember to jump online at the time of the session because of my forgetfulness and instead of calling you they just pass you up as absent and charge you for the sessions anyway I felt as therapist there was no understanding or compassion I was 3 minutes late one day and jumped online to try to make it to my session and it ... read more
