Staff was nice at first, but very unorganized. Was taking an hour just to get details for a car. Thinking there was a car for me and down payment of $499. Nope! All cars were $1500-$2500 down. Tried to work something out, but was unwilling to help me out.
Worst customer service! Car cost $6000-$9,000 but you will pay $20,000.

Why you posted a bad review after we reposed your car? Evidently you didn't paid for as you were agree too. Don`t try to make it look bad on us when the one that didn't pay was you.
Had the car about a month and started to have issues with the car. Tried to charge me for a brand new part, but was putting used parts in.
Bullcrap I didn't like how they conducted business never going back there!!

False advertisement to the FULLEST. Several cars are on the website for sale at different tiers of down payments, yet EVERY CAR I saw today had down payments at $499 (IF your application is approved). Was willing to put down more, but William denied my down payment twice suggesting I'd have to pay $2,000-3,000 for the white maxima (which the left rear tire is flat) or the Ford Edge. 2nd time around and I must say they are great BEFORE you give them your money. Sales people are supposed to be great or else no one would buy. But once they sell you a bs car or a mediocre car they don't care about ANYTHING but that payment. Even if you are making your payments they still don't care about you or your car. I will be returning their vehicle at my earliest convenience. And that will be the last time I drive 45 minutes away for BS.
