👎👎👎 sherry at the front desk is beyond unprofessional and rude. her nasty attitude every time we visit or call will be the reason we find a new vet. if you care about how your customers are treated who pay you good money- you might want to terminate sherry, she clearly should've retired YEARS ago.
Just recently experienced the most awful customer service from these guys. I have been going there since I adopted my dog several years ago. COVID has put me in a bad situation and so I was allowed to make payments for my service provided a few weeks ago. My dog now needs a refill and they are refusing to help because I have not finished paying that bill. Just awaiting my pet insurance is all. Seems they have gone 'corporate' the last couple of years and money comes before helping your pet.

RecommendedThe staff at MVVH has gone over and above their call of duty when I needed them in the process of death. First with my 21 year old kitty, then properly diagnosing that the dead crow I found on my condo deck was not done by gun shot, (that would have been a crime) but attack by either an eagle or a hawk.
