I really appreciated Dr Felts’s way he handled Daring, almost like he was an actual person. It made me feel like he really cared about how Daring, and even I, felt during the appointment. I also really appreciated inviting Daring to the back to meet some of the other staff members to make him feel more comfortable with some of the other people who might end up taking care of him one day.
