OMG!!! Paula Pespin at the Allentown branch on hanover st was amazing. I mean the process was easy, and the interview process was a breeze. She answered all of my questions, and was very down to earth. She is a Gem, and maybe needs to have her own branch so she can shine.

First contact was a bit short and bit blunt...so told representative I was no longer interest.....However that changed when I spoke to Cindy. Although there was a some of challenges communicating which acceptable/required document, plus my schedule generated delays but resulted to final verification and working with Kenia. Both representative were kind and patient and result on a positive approved status.
