I don't have all that much experience uploading or downloading on the phone. I prefer faxing. Which I was able to get done quickly. I was given several options secured and unsecured loans. I've had trouble in my past credit history. But they structured me a loan that fit. Did everything on the phone except for the documents. The staff was very pleasant and easy to deal with, which made the process much more enjoyable than getting a loan can sometimes be. No hassle and they explained everything in detail.
