In short: Management is mostly fake nice, construction, renovation and rent hikes on their terms and with little or inaccurate notice, and they will do whatever they can to get money from you. Oh, and roaches, regardless of how cleanly you live. Staff is so nice though S/O to maintenance crew (especially the main dude who does most things and that one lady who knew my dog Tucker's name, love...
Don't Rent Here This complex seems to pull a bait and switch tactic. When you go to tour the grounds, they take you to a model that is nicely finished, and makes you feel like this is home. When they called to let us know our apartment was ready, they would not allow us to do a walk-through before signing the lease.
