Called leasing office to put in request for a handicap sign for a parking spot. Marquis put in the work order and stated that it would be done by the end of the week. Rob from maintenance was knocking on my door within half hour of work order. Had the sign up. Marquis and rob were very friendly and accommodating.

Destiny exhibits superior professionalism always striving to fulfill my needs as a resident and is very accommodating. My experience with Aion management, and Mariners Pointe has been the most stressful and terrible experience I have ever had while renting. My children and I have been traumatized from the violence we have witnessed on several occasions since living there, as well this entire experience has taken a toll on our health. Rodent infested Mold infested Constant police & violent activity going on. The area itself is decent but I lived here before it was bought out by its current management and it was a much better place before it was bought out. Now the front office is hard to get in touch with, maintenance requests take weeks and weeks to be fulfilled, they charge a $40 fee to pay online so you end up paying rent in person, they replaced everyone’s toilets to some cheaper shit, they also decided to “offer” reserved parking for an extra fee so now it’s less parking spaces. They even got a new account with a new trash ... read more

With what,no one answers the phone, always short staff,miss communication when placing a work order,Alot of pit pulls(dogs) on property Still after email memo went to tenants!!
