My buyer was frustrated with the communication from the lender. I received communications from several different people, I would send paperwork to one and get a call from someone else that it wasn’t sent in. Just seemed like to many different people involved.

Mario did a great job. Throughout this process I had questions on several occasions and every time I called if he did not answer right away he would call me back within minutes. Also his knowledge on everything that had to do with refinancing was top notch. Every question I had he answered and every concern I had he would walk me through it in great detail. Also throughout the entire process I had to deal with many members of the VanDyk team and everyone of them were professional!Thanks Mario!!!
