I shopped all over town for carpet for our bonus room and I kept feeling disappointed that the sales people I talked to. They just wanted me to choose my carpet and get on with it. I ended up at Marion's and right away knew I was working with a professional. The salesman who helped me was very thorough. I wanted to get new carpet in our guest room before my relatives arrived to stay with us for the holidays. I shopped at 2 big box stores and they told us they couldn't do it before Christmas. With only 3 days left before their arrival, I opened the phone book to find someone who could get the job done. I remembered Marion's "express installation" commercial and decided to try them. Horrible install! We had carpet installed this week and there is extensive damage to our trim, doors, and places where the carpet doesn’t even reach the baseboards. Our stair banister and hardwoods at the bottom of the stairs were damaged as well.
i will Never go back to Marions carpets for as long as i live. they took way longer then promised to get the carpet and set up my install. then the installer actually smoked inside of my newly remodeled home. not to mention the seams began to fall apart just 2 WEEKS AFTER THE INSTALL. when i called to complain they were less then helpful. i had to hire my own installer to come back and fix the seams that were falling apart. stay far away if you value hard earned money. hey carpet carl thanks for NOTHING!!!!
