I'm SO impressed! I have to give a shout out to Brennen and his crew. The whole process was amazing from start to finish. I had picked out carpet and vinyl for two projects. When he came to give me an estimate, I had asked him about an issue I was having on the stairs and if he could look at it. We purchased carpeting and flooring from Marion's Wilsonville and we are so happy with the results. Not only is the quality of the products top notch, but the installation was top notch as well. Our house never looked so good. We were so pleased with the entire process. When we started, we didn't really know what we wanted, but the salesman was wonderful to help us select just the right carpeting and flooring for our home. We visited the store before the holidays. Steve, our sales associate did a great job explaining the differences in carpets, quality and installation options. We picked a wonderful wool berber for our basement and a blend for an upper floor. I never knew how a pad could make the difference. Our experience is very similar to that by another reviewer (Anthony Quaranta, 11/20). I think that says a lot about David (Marion's) and Jeremy (Cravatta Flooring) as well the veracity of these reviews. We purchased 3 carpets from Marion's and each time David helped us. I just moved to the area and closed on a place that needed the carpets redone before I moved in. I had a lot uncertainty around the actual installation date as I was trying to coordinate a tight deadline with the closing, installation work, and movers arriving. David was our sales contact and very knowledgeable about the products at Marion's. Jeremy Installed our carpet and did a fantastic job. He took the time to install the carpet correctly. He spent extra time to removed and replace thresholds to make it look and feel right. I have had a couple of installers work for me installing carpet in my rental properties. Jeremy is my go to installer now.
James installed our carpet and he was absolutely fabulous!!!..he took a difficult situation and made it work beautifully.... we love the carpet we purchased from Marions, and Angie helped us with it all the way!
After we checked out carpet at Marion's, got some prices, then checked a couple other places in town, we ended up going back to Marion's. Our sales person, (Angie) was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable about the carpets, and flooring. We had a hard time keeping up with her! Lol ;o) Thanks Angie!
