The system and my representative Marisol Delgado is what makes the experience great. Also the conditions on the loan commitment are well written out by the Underwriters, which makes things easy. However the time frame for a loan commitment is horrible and may cause buyers harm by putting themselves in a position to lose their deposit. Not to mention if absolutely anything goes wrong in the transaction they have already invested a lot of money on property inspections, appraisals, even surveys.
