I really enjoyed working with JJ and his team! Buying a home is a lot of work and they made the process quick and easy. They were very helpful and quick to respond. They had great customer service and we're fun to work with! I'd work with them again in a heartbeat!
Working with this team was awesome!! From the time I called for pre-approval, until weeks after closing, everything was a positive. I received regular communication from the team, I knew what was going on at each step of the process, if I had questions they were answered clearly and quickly. At the same time though, I didn't feel like I was being hounded by them either (there are companies that over communicate, but this was not one of them). It was a great experience!!
From my introduction to closing it as pleasure to work with all of the professionals on the LeaderOne Financial team. Everyone involved in the process was knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. Working with JJ was a great experience. This was our first time buying a home and we had no idea what to expect. JJ was very patient and explained everything to us clearly and thoroughly every time we met, and also responded promptly to any questions we had outside of meetings. He made the whole process a lot smoother and less overwhelming than it could've been, and I'd definitely recommend working with him.
JJ was outstanding, patient, and thorough throughout the financing process. He really made first time home-buying a breeze. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to finance or re-finance a home in Minnesota.
