It was really good. Things clipped along, and everything was settled much faster than I thought possible. Mark was great; he gave a realistic version of all transactions so I would have good expectations of what was happening. Anything that happened contrary to what he said was for the better: my refinancing giving me more of a cash-out than expected, and money in my account sooner than expected. Would definitely use Mutual of Omaha and Mark Brown again.

Mark was very knowledgeable and consistently helpful. His response time is impeccable, it didn't matter what form of communication I chose. Working with him and Lisa was the best experience. He told me he knew a lot about football, but I think he knows more about the business he's in.
