Good team with him and Donna. It did end up being more money than I thought for the refinance - was told that the two months of missed payments would come close to covering all costs - closing costs were 7k and I thought they would be around 4k. Also, getting the loan and heloc took FOREVER. Covid, supposedly, caused the delay. But, overall my experience was pretty good and Mark is very knowledgeable with numbers and terms.
