I started the loan process with a different lender, but their large size resulted in customer service that was subpar. I reached out to FMD as a backup plan and was assigned Mark as my loan officer with Matt handling the administrative side. The backup plan should have been my first and only plan from the start. Mark is on top of his communication (email, text, phone call) and his team works very fast. At first, I didn't think that we can close in less than 30 days, but he and his team did it!!

Mark is definitely the Godfather of low rates (I wanted to disclose the rate but they recommended against so that future customers would not expect the same rate with the way rates fluctuate on a daily basis)! If you do the rate search on Zillow you will notice that First Mortgage is usually at the top or close to the top (not a gimmick they will follow through). Everything! Mark and Matthew are hard workers, if I had any questions they would get back with me immediately. I had 24 hour access to Mark which was exceptional these days. He got me the lowest interest rate with the highest dispersement. He had to deal with my realtor which she was not competent at all. He definitely never stressed or even made me feel worried. Mark is definitely the best at what he does! He is a No nonsense kind of guy. He gets the job done it’s what he does. From the moment we talked I could tell he was going to be the lender I wanted in my corner. He dealt with a lot from my realtor that I was contracted with and didn’t even flinch the man took it in stride and does what he does best, his job! If I ever was going to need a lender again I would definitely use Mark, no joke! Thanks Mark for all you did brother I appreciate you!
