Mark is always there to help when you have a question or need an advise. It does not matter what time it is, you can call him and you get the answer. He is very professional and try to get you the better rates/deals that is out there. I have been using his resources even he changed the companies. Company name does not create the good experience, people who works for the company makes the pleasant experience and Mark is that guy.

I totally lucked out that bankrate sent me to Mark. He was extremely responsive, went over all my various options and came out with the best rate I could have gotten.
