Better communication. It would have been a better experience being able to talk to someone on the phone to better understand what was needed. Email does not always work well. Also, knowing the cost and those figures being consistent throughout the process. Knowing at the last minute i needed an additional 2k to close is confusing to me and I still don’t understand where the additional fees came from and why it was not told to me from the beginning.
