Mark's excellent communication with BOTH real estate brokers, and of course the buyer, were essential in getting us to closing. PRMG and the buyer had an unnecessary and unexpected 'bump' in the process when the buyer's former bank would not provide needed information in a timely manner. Mark communicated clearly with the listing broker to put the seller's mind at ease. I look forward to the next closing with Mark. Great job!
