Responses were very good and accurate and feed back was good. We were not able to make our deposit part of the closing as we had planned and requested. With the loan being transferred it seems to be going slowly for our new service.

Did a good job but it took to long to get the loan and when you have more that 1 person working on a loan they need to get together where you are not sending the same papers to different people and sending them 3 or 4 time all 3 people asking for the same papers all the time but mark did his job
