Yes, changes had to be made in the loan process due to this borrower lying on his loan application that he was employed, when he was not! I have the settlement statement vs the loan estimate, i can prove that there was no increase in rate and I actually dramatically increased the lender credit. Just to make them happy! However monitors this please call or email me so that i can prove these false statements incorrect and get this removed. I have proof of him mis representing himself on the loan application.
