The staff is super friendly and the doctors know what they are doing. I felt nervous but these folks have a great "bedside manner," which reassured me and the first of my treatments went well. I'm glad I found this place.
The wait time was longer than the actual procedure. When your appointment is for 10 am you and get called an hour later. They should give you an approximate wait time, as a curtesy,
Very but very disorganized. I called because I still have laser hair removal sessions there. That I paid for and I am not getting an answer as to when they are able to finish the sessions. No answer. No management whatsoever and now I lose $$$
It was very easy to make an appointment for consultations. Very friendly and efficient professionals. Mark Medical Care Center is meticulous clean .
This place is the worst, I waited three hours to be seen and when I went to ask, they told me that my insurance does not cover my veins , completely Not recommended.
