It was very easy to make an appointment for consultations. Very friendly and efficient professionals. Mark Medical Care Center is meticulous clean .
Very but very disorganized. I called because I still have laser hair removal sessions there. That I paid for and I am not getting an answer as to when they are able to finish the sessions. No answer. No management whatsoever and now I lose $$$
Dr. Mark to and his employees every one treat patients very nice, and make patients feel nice throughout the treatment. Which is really not too painful. Maybe a little bit of wait but with a nice atmosphere.
Dr Jauregui Marije she is excellent, since the first time I did sclerotherapy was great. The Dr Assitant Oleidi also was so kind and gave me a lot of tips for the pain.
My mother-in-law had an appointment on Monday and was called on the Friday prior to confirm the appointment which she did. After her one hour drive to freeport, she went in to the lobby and was simply told that the doctor was not around and would not make it to her appointment. The appointment was midday and they had all day to call and cancel.
