It was made easy
The initial experience was very confusing as we were dealing with some family matters while working on getting our house affairs in order. It was difficult understanding what was going on since we had two different loan officers reaching out at once and there was lack of communication. However, our second time working together with Mark and Arlethe along with our credit repair specialist was much smoother and satisfactory. They both were very professional, helpful and supportive.
