Unfortunately our experience was not the greatest due to being advised we would be able to close on time all the way up until the day of. Once our closing day came, we didn’t end up closing until later that day due to issues with Underwriting. It was a very stressful experience as first time home buyers.

Was told I would be contacted every Wednesday before closing. I was not, and had to myself reach out to the team. Was told my fiancee would be on the Deed of Trust, she was not.

Communication would need to improve for me to rate higher. Also if Nadia is imvolved on your end then I would be asking to have her not involved due to not completing her tasks which caused us to have to scramble months after closing to re send her items she already had at one point.
