Being someone who doesn’t know a lot about housing buying, I believe Communication could have been better. Explaining the steps and time lines could have helped. At the end the last few weeks y’all did great at pushing things through, but I do personally feel communication could have went better instead of us having to reach for updated or to know what was next.
