Because of the newer government regulations for mortgages, refinancing was much more difficult than in the past. Brad and his assistant Marcia, walked us through all the processes and paperwork the government now requires for a simple refinance of our home. He is diligent, professional, concise, and very patient. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home.
