The reception team- today Sally and Cherry- and the Nishi dentist and her dental nurse ( name escapes me atm) are all very welcoming and professional. They know so am nervous and dislike coming to the surgery so they work hard to make me feel comfortable.

I trust MSDP so much. It's long story but I left them for "less expensive NHS practice" in Gerrards Cross about 10 years ago. Was back with MSDP within 6 months. They give you options and opinions that don't seem like profiteering, they're just honest and clear. They also helped me with a new denture that I just couldn't get used to and I don't believe any other practice would have done so much.
