Dr. Kozlavsky and his ENTIRE STAFF are the nicest and warmest people ever encountered in a doctor’s office. Truly!! I think they all emulate the same kindness as shown by Dr. Kozlavsky towards his patients. And, of course, we absolutely trust his opinions and expertise regarding our dental work!!!
I saw Dr. Kozlovsky for a molar extraction. After fully answering all of my questions, the procedure was painless as was my recovery using the detailed aftercare instructions outlined by his very competent assistant. The follow-up at two weeks and two months showed an uneventful recovery. He is very highly qualified; and his support staff were friendly and helpful. Wait times were short. I highly recommend him.
From the front desk to nurses, the staff is excellent-friendly, professional, accomodating. The office is cozy, clean, new equipment. But most importantly, I found Dr Kozlovski to be an excellent specialist! He is very attentive-always patiently answered all my questions and made me feel at ease since I am an extremely anxious patient. All the jobs he performed were done with artistic precision and neatness and healed very fast. The fact that Dr Kozlovski is also anesthesiologist Is a huge +!
Great office, pleasant staff. Had very good experience! Recommend to everyone. Have to mention that dr. Kozlovsky has great dental assistants, the girls are very competent and pleasant.

You will not find a better oral surgeon in New Jersey. I have been going to Dr. Kozlovsky for almost 10 years, as have my children. From extractions, to implants to a double jaw surgery for one of my children, he is a highly skilled surgeon with a wonderful friendly personality that I trust and respect. He and his staff ensure you are comfortable and that you do not feel any pain. The office staff is kind, friendly and efficient. Rated a top doctor in NJ - well deserved honor!
