My experience at Marlboro Courts Trailer Park has been nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the exceptional management, particularly Freddy. From day one, Freddy has gone above and beyond to ensure that residents feel not just welcomed, but truly at home.

When I lived there 10 years ago it was horrible. I was raised in Marlboro courts, I loved it as a child growing up there, but I was born in the mid 80s so of course times were better. As of up to date can't speak for it. Not sure how it is these days.

Came across this manufactured home park by complete accident it was very well hidden I was pleased with how clean the property was completely fenced in and private a little Hidden Gem I only wish they were renting. The man in the office Freddy Gutierrez was very nice and even though they didn't have any trailers for rent he still gave me his business card for any questions I had to ask.

This is one of the best mobile home communities I've seen in the palm beach area, very clean, organized, and friendly staff, I highly recommend it.

Wow, what a nice, clean Mobil park. I like the recreation area and one of the residents was helpful in guiding me around. The manager was helpful with questions I had . I was impressed with the landscaping and would definitely refer interested potentials to this trailer park. Thank you, Lorena M.
