Marni helped us renegotiate an interest rate after it dropped. This helps us exponentially with payments and long term payment sums and patiently explained reasoning through multiple questions.

VIP mortgage sold or shared my information to marketers and as a result I am inundated with spam mail. I do not appreciate that. Loan service is great and Marni is great but the spam mail taints the whole experience.
