She was always available when we had questions and helped problem solve when issues would arise. The entire loan process from beginning to end was smooth and we are so grateful for all her help with the purchase of our dream home!
Marni is basically a super hero in my book! As a real estate agent, I'm constantly meeting and working with lenders, some are fabulous and others, not so great. This woman is a cut above the rest; simply a top-notch person and professional! She is an excellent communicator! Promptly provides updates and literally fights for our clients (when necessary) to get us to the finish line. No doubt, Marni is one of the best in the business!
Marni made the purchase of our home easy and painless. From frequent communication to the application platform I felt that everything was organized and that our data was secure. Marni also made the process feel personal. She always was quick to answer a phone call, text or email...making us feel like we mattered. Topping it off, she showed up to our closing with a nice little house-warming gift. I've never had my loan officer show up to a closing before; let alone give us a gift. Marni is the best!
