Din er was just my wife and I and it was our first time at Marquee. We decided to share several appetizers as we couldn't decide what to have. We have the Charred Shrimp, Angry Mac and Cheese, Sticky Wings, Fries and soup of the day. Nothing disappointed. Everything was very tasty and well prepared. We had great service and overall really great experience. We don't have a reason to be in Fort Wayne very often and after eating at the Marquee, we wish we did.
The french fries are fantastic! They are reason enough to visit. I also had the tomato soup. It has a kick to it, which I love. Marquee is a lovely restaurant with room to relax and enjoy conversation. We already have reservations to return.
I love the atmosphere in the refurbished building. The main dining area is a bit loud given the layout, but I love that it was clearly well attended. (Quiet wouldn’t have meant no one was there!) The pampelmousse spritz cocktail was very good, and the Marquee salad was outstanding.
