Beautiful interior, but the service was lacking. Our waitress was stretched too thin and made a lot of rookie level mistakes. Timing of the food was off, number of check ins was off. She was definitely having a bad night since they gave her too many tables in different sections. Was really hoping for a classier/more streamlined dining experience for the amount of money you pay and the food was just subpar. Wouldn’t return, even on a night when they weren’t slammed.

Food was average. Place was so loud we couldn't hear each other. There were 4 in our party. Service was slow. Would have a lot more drinks if someone had come around and asked. No one could find the front door in the pouring rain. Just overall disappointing. No reason to ever go back.

Food and drinks were great, prices to match to quality. Service lacking, left without attention occasionally, felt rushed by server to order and pay, table not cleaned off between courses. Asked if we wanted to look at the dessert menu before I'd even finished my dinner.

Our reservation requested a quiet table and we were placed in the bar even though the restaurant side was mostly empty. Server kept forgetting us, glasses weren't refilled, my entree was extremely greasy and steak was undercooked. Stressful experience with high noise level (@ 6 pm), bad food and under serviced.

Food was great but the guy who greeted us when we walked in was not friendly at all. He acted annoyed

The food and atmosphere are great. We sat up front in the main bar, right by the window. Loved everything we ordered. Server could have been more pleasant. Never smiled. Appeared to be hassled when we asked for more wine. Our glasses sat empty. Eventually, the bartender delivered drinks to our table with a smile. We asked for a couple of Double Espressos with dessert. We were told there was no way in the system to price out just Espresso. The only way to do it was for us to buy Espresso Martinis and leave the martini part ou... read more

No one couldn’t eat the risotto it tasted like the dumbed a bottle of season salt in it. So we literally just ate a piece of meat. They gave us half off our dinners. The food usually good. Experience changed my opinion of the place.

Everything was great except the strong candle burning at the entryway that permeated the entire restaurant. Not sure if there was a worse smell they were trying to cover up - otherwise it was very polarizing and unpleasant.
