Our story began in 1981 when founder, Brett Marquis, started Marquis Floors upon graduating from Emory University. Brett, at the age of 21 began his flooring career in a local, Atlanta flea market. Within 2 years their reputation began to spread and in 1983 we were able to find our home in Lilburn, GA off of Highway 78. I could not be more pleased by the work done by Marquis Floors! They did an absolutely amazing job ripping out the carpet & installing hardwood flooring. They were extremely patient while I took several of their samples home to view in my space & try to make a decision on a product. They answered my questions & helped guide me in my decision making. Terri was very helpful selecting samples and assisted us brining it out to the car . Many gorgeous selection we have as options. Free estimates and sample pick up(they are not light). The bigger samples are from Marquis. Doggy likes them.
Absolute wonderful experience from start to finish, and the installers were nice and super fast. Our floors are better than we ever expected, they also clean up after themselves. We had carpet and luxury vinyl, beautiful selection and she took time to show us a lot of samples. She was so kind to answer my one million questions too. Highly recommend this place!
Marquis did a great job installing some new carpet in my house. They were competitively priced and knocked the job out quickly. Todd is great to work with and very responsive. I will certainly be returning to Marquis to finish some other projects around the house.
