Unfortunately due to Rob's family and helps schedules my appointments were cancelled and rescheduled three times. However, when he did come Rob was courteous and the job came out as well as it possibly could because the backing on the carpet was damaged.
Both Robert and his telephone assistant Kimberly are courteous and nice people. The price was very competitive and the work was done well. There were some delays with appointments and some small problem with the job initially but it was corrected well at the end.
Rob was very pleasant to work with. He did a wonderful job in installing the carpet and worked with me on the changes I made on the split stair case. He answered all my questions that I had and I would recommend his work to anyone who needs carpet. It was a very pleasant experience.
I am very disappointed in the kitchen flooring and backsplash that Marra Flooring did for us. Numerous delays, wrong product shipped, mistakes in the install, sloppiness with the installs, delays getting someone out to fix, etc. When faced with all of this, their response was basically Sorry, I will have a team meeting - oh, by the way, you owe me $1688. This after they took the excess boxes of tile that we paid for. I am very disappointed.
Never submitted a proposal after measurement. I called 4 times and they never followed through.
Marra Flooring in turn did a wonderful job.
Very professional, quality work and timely, would highly recommend their service.
Mr. Marra was professional, pleasant and accommodating. His quality of service was outstanding. I would most certainly recommend him and his team, and would call upon him in the future should I have need. Thanks!
