Marshall and Anthony were very nice and answered all of our questions. The only problem I had was when we went to sign the last of the closing docs we were told beforehand that our first mortgage payment wouldn’t be until October. Once we got there to sign we were told it was due September first. When we called Marshall he said he decided to change something within our loan so that we would have less closing cost but our mortgage would be due sooner. He made that call without asking us first...
