I lived at Marshall Park for two and a half years, and I really wanted to love it. However, there are some major issues at this community and I would highly recommend avoiding it. First of all, my apartment had a major cockroach infestation and I had to move out because of it. Despite my best efforts I couldn't get rid of them and it became their apartment, not mine. This place is the real deal. I've lived in 4 different "luxury" apartment complexes in the past few years, including 2 in Raleigh. This is absolutely the best one. The staff are always very nice and actually care about your issues (and packages). The maintenance is competent and timely. Fitness studio is really great too.... My only complaint would be the parking garage is a little tight if you have a big car. Would recommend
Meh (Rupaul voice) Let me start with this, you will never get a full sleep here. I haven’t slept past 620am since moving here last month. The parking garage has these spikes that you can hear every single car that leaves . Yes! Every single car that leaves from morning to night, everyday The place is beautiful and the apartment is set up like a single family home but you will have more peace sleeping next to on the B train in NYC than this place I am so shocked no one has left a review or said anything about it
