I've been with Martin for at least 5 years now and I have nothing bad to say about them. They have always been very professional and quickly accommodate any maintenance request I've had. They even add upgrades to the house when needed, such as tearing out an old deteriorated deck and replacing it with a new concrete patio, as well as repairing/replacing the steps to both the front door and back door entrance. We have been renting with Martin for a couple of years and have been treated well. Anytime there have been maintenance issues they have been attended to quickly and professionally. When an issue may not have been resolved I reported it and someone was sent back out right away and repairs were made. (Thank you). I am not always so tech savvy but Frankie has always been patient and helpful. Jeremy always answers quickly and helps whenever we call. Everything went great. Handoff cleanliness could have been a bit better at the property but otherwise staff is super friendly and kind. They attended to issues that arose right away and communicated with us throughout the whole transition.
Have had a very good experience since working with Martin realtor, frankee and Jeremy have been very great and asked through the questions I had very efficient at ensuring that the work that needed to be completed was done before me and my family moved in. I truly appreciate the time they took explaining their policies and proceeding as well as their fees policy, moving in and out the apps they used for paying rent and documenting my concerns. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! There's a fee for everything If u pay with credit card there's a 2.99% fee which with my rent that's an extra $20 If with a debit card it's an extra $10 check or money order it's an extra $10 I landlord's son comes out n fixes thing there's a charge N they add fees when n on what when ever they feel the need Example Paid rent on the 4th of a month they didn't say ne thing to me about an new fee But when I got home I got an email saying there was a $10 fee for paper transact... read more
