Martin is extremely helpful. He is easy to get a hold of, and is consistently checking in with his clients to make sure their needs are met. My wife and I will definitely be using Martin with all of our needs regarding our home mortgage.

My husband and I were referred to Martin by a friend, after we had a very bad experience with a loan officer from another company. Martin took the time to investigate our situation and explain what we needed to do for a successful refinance. We were so impressed, we took the opportunity to help our parents refinance their home as well, and Martin did a spectacular job on both loans. We will never use anyone else for our home loan needs in the future!

I would recommend Martin to anyone who is trying to buy a house. I work overseas with a foreign employer. Martin's expertise and willing to make everything work for me has been fantastic. I have used him twice in the last 5 years. The first time was refinancing my home. The second was refinancing a rental house that had a very tricky situation with the person that owned the loan to the house but did not title on the house died and we had to track her down. Martin was so very helpful throughout the entire loan process. As first time home buyers the whole process can be very daunting and scary, but Martin helped us feel confident and always kept us updated and answered any questions along the way. The office was always quick on all responses and the entire process seemed to move smoothly and right along due to Martin and his team being on top of everything. I am writing to give Martin the highest possible recommendation.I was able to get a jumbo approved and escrow closed in 31 days!In addition, I was resigned to having to put down 20 percent and not be able to remodel certain parts of myhome right away. Martin noticed I had good credit and was able to get me a 10% down loan even for a jumbo loan at the current interest rates. For this step alone, he will be getting all my business for financing transactions in the future.
