Martin and his team at Homebridge Financial a we’re pleasure to work with!! They were in constant communication with updates. Were very concise with requests for information and when any new information was needed, they explained why. I would certainly recommend them to my closest friends and family. Martin was completely on top of the entire loan process. He sent intermittent emails or texts updating me, as did his staff. More importantly, he offered a VA rate that I couldn't find anywhere else and there was no required buydown to get this rate, while other lenders did. This actually made my purchase possible.
