Love Lillian. Makes sure all cleaning is done the way we want it done and is always so friendly. Lillian also reminds us when our cleaning is ready for pick up. One time she went to the trouble to call me for pick up on a Friday as she knew I needed the clothes for a trip that weekend. Appreciate that kind of service!
