I was very pleased with how efficient the virtual meeting went. The staff on both offices did a great job. It was my first time meeting Dr. Heartman and his staff, which where all terrificly pleasant people. I would highly recommend that anyone else would be seen by them.

Even though it was via video chat I was impressed with Dr Hearyman. He listened to my concerns and offered sensible and reasonable steps I could take address my problem. If those actions were not successful he offered additional steps I could take. Everything made sense to me and nothing suggested seemed radical or drastic. I am very happy with my visit with Dr Hearyman.
