I must congratulate Martyn Gerrard on the appointment of Wasim Milad as Block Manager for the block of flats in New Barnet, where i own a flat. In recent years, the leaseholders have had to tolerate unacceptable mismanagement of the block from several different agents. Wasim is a breath of fresh with his wealth of experience and expertise.
