I have spent years in the automotive service industry, but transmissions have never been my thing. When my transmission got bad I reached out to John. He was not only able to confirm my diagnosis, but got the work done the same day for cheaper than the estimate I signed...this so rarely happens (speaking from experience and having written estimates). I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional and the facility is brand new. I'd highly recommend.
Earlier I had written a response saying that they dug through my stuff. Totally false and my mistake! They are an excellent dealer and I had a great experience, they got the job done faster than expected and for a good price. That was my only problem and it was not even true. Sorry guys!

to be honest first time at the place i noticed everyone there was very upbeat and happy. you could see all liked working there. from my experience i find them to be very honest and above board. i have had work done on my Tahoe at another popular location several times . First time atMarty's they informed and showed some problems areas not disclosed by the other shop, minor but could be very detrimental if not addressed in an expedient manner. this was within a few weeks of my visit to the other place. i highly recommend Mar... read more
