Mary Ann really helped me through the process. I mentioned it was my first time buying and I had no idea what to anticipate. Mary Ann had no problem responding to my random questions through email or on the phone. She's familiar with others in the local market and knows who you work with.
I attended a first-time homebuyer's class taught by Mary Ann which was extremely informative. I later contacted her to get a quote and in that same phone call, she was able to get us a pre-approval (for comparison I contacted a different lender and they were very slow to give us a pre-approval).
