Mary Ann was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very patient with me, a first time buyer, and was able accommodate a 3 week close on short notice. Very knowledgeable and reliable communication. Recommended for any buyers but especially for first time buyers!
Mary Ann is a very kind, compassionate loan officer. She genuinely worked to get us the best deal she could, and to expedite the process so we could have a quick close. She also took the time to explain all the required documentation and other requirements, and we appreciated that she was available after hours to talk to the seller and then our offer and assure him we would be able to close. Definitely recommend!
