Want to say from start to finish Mary Enck made my husband and I feel like family when buying our vacation home in the Pocono Mountains. Mary Enck is truly the finest realtor I have ever worked with, and I have been involved in at least 10 real estate transactions. She is thorough, professional, easy to contact, and is very patient with a fussy buyer. She tailors the process to save time for busy buyers and sellers. We had an excellent experience with John Klaiber from Mary Enck. We recently closed on a property at Bear Creek Lake. We had previously worked with John on another property which did not close due to some issues that arose during the home inspection. John was very helpful and provided excellent counsel.
Closing went great. Mary is such a pleasure to work with.Mary made my wife and I very comfortable. Our hat's go off to her as well as her staff. Mary would respond to our emails almost immediately. Again it was a pleasure.

Very helpful. Knowledge of other properties in the neighborhood and activities going on at time. Made suggestions for improvements and also let be known if something had to be dealt with. Returned all calls promptly and kept us up to date on all progress made with the sale of the property. Would recommend going forward.
I dealt with Robert Shoemack and are personalities were very similar and made the house buying experience very comfortable and pleasant . The company was very responsive to all my needs . There were not any last second surprises and I felt like they were an honest company . I have already sent my parents over to Mary Enk to search for there home that they will retire in and I'm sure they will be taken care of. This is the second home I have purchased using this company and both closings went very smooth.
