From Julie to Mary and Dana, these women kept me up to date on what was going on. Even though I did not get into the home program I wanted, which was not their fault, they rallied together to get the loan approved via FHA. They did not give up when I felt like saying h to he heck with it. Would highly recommend this company and Mary to anyone who maybe looking to purchase a home.

The communication made the process easier. Mrs. Mary Pendergraft made me feel at ease with everything by consistently checking in with me and keeping everything organized and on a schedule. She was upfront about EVERYTHING and there were no surprises unless it was beyond anyone's control. I would gladly use PRMI again in the future.
