Mary was very pleasant and professional. We did have some communication issues with a lot of emails going to the wrong address. We also would have appreciated a DocuSign option as we have enjoyed it with other closings, much simpler. We had a lot of confusion over closing costs but Mary did sort it all out. Overall, a good experience primarily because she was very helpful when things went awry.
