I was informed almost daily about the progress of loan. I asked for a closing 5 days earlier than the contract stated and was accommodated. We ended up closing on the contract date, but that was due to the seller...the loan was ready to go. When I came down with the flu, Randall went out of his way to help me get the final documents. I'm now in my house and am extremely happy with my experience.
